Terms & Conditions — okpl Platform Agreement

By accessing, registering on, or using the okpl platform available at okpl.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the okpl platform, including visitors who browse without registering and registered account holders who access any gaming or betting service on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the okpl platform. Continued use of okpl following any posted update or revision to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. All transactions on the okpl platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). okpl supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as Visa and Mastercard where available. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party payment is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund of the relevant transaction.

okpl does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okpl platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the okpl platform, except as expressly permitted in writing by okpl.

Game content available on the okpl platform is provided under licence from third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The intellectual property rights in all game content remain with the respective providers. okpl does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

The okpl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You may close your okpl account at any time by contacting the okpl support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, okpl will process the closure after completing any pending withdrawal transactions and completing required KYC and AML checks. Funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification.

In the event of a dispute regarding your account, a transaction, a game outcome, or the application of these Terms & Conditions, you should in the first instance contact the okpl support team. okpl is committed to resolving all player disputes promptly, transparently, and in good faith. Our support team aims to provide a substantive initial response to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

Where a dispute relates to a specific game outcome, okpl will obtain a detailed transaction log and game server record from the relevant game provider (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming) and present this evidence to the player as part of the dispute resolution process. Game server records are considered authoritative evidence of game outcomes in the event of a discrepancy between client-side display and server-side outcome.
